Okay yes I’m a Nolan fanboy so the odds of me not liking this was pretty damn low but, this really feels like he’s going all out for the Academy with this. The cast is STACKED with even more big time actors than i originally thought there was with unbelievable performances all around especially from Cillian Murphy, Emily Blunt and RDJ who all deserve an Oscar nomination for their work in this. The score is so haunting, Ludwig Göransson is slowly becoming one of my favorite composers in Hollywood he definitely has some Hanz Zimmer vibes to him with how he composes a score. Overall it was a brilliant cinematic achievement with great directing and beautiful cinematography but i do feel the runtime keeps it from being a perfect film, i can see about 20-25 minutes of this being cut out but that’s my ONLY complaint. With saying that, definitely go watch this on the biggest screen possible, you won’t regret it. Now off to see “Barbie”
