    Just finished reading the novel this was based on. Much like with his novel A SIMPLE PLAN, author Scott Smith wrote the screenplay for this movie himself. And also like that movie, he changed a ton of stuff! Characters are combined or their personalities are flipped. Sometimes their deaths are flip flopped.     Saw this last night at Beyond Fest, sitting right in front of rock star Glenn Danzig, who wouldn’t shut the fuck up from the moment he and his date sat in their chairs.
