    one of the first movies in which i felt tiktok’s influence in both its narrative and formal aspects

    despite (or because of) the hacky narrative gimmick, it remains immensely uninteresting in its near-total-conflict-avoidant story

    although i was mostly bored and annoyed, i can’t deny its power on an audience! audible laughter and sniffles from beginning to end

    some positive elements: good cry-acting from pugh and garfield; pugh cooking—looking hottt while doing so—for 3/4 of the movie; v cute and moving pregnancy scenes
