Decent.
Not great at all, though. A bit disappointed.
Some pretty cool scenes though.

Walked out. I never walk out.
M. Night can’t write good dialogue to save his life. I still root for the guy tho.
]]>So much fun.
This is why I love Deadpool.
Some of the jokes admittedly weren’t that funny, but I laughed a lot more than expected.

]]>Tornadoes are scary.
]]>This was genuinely one of the most frightening films I’ve ever seen.
That’s why it’s impossible for me to give it a rating.
It’s a good movie. Well made in every way. It does exactly what a horror film should do to you. So, if you love horror, you’re going to love this.
I don’t love horror. I don’t love the feeling it gives me. But I can’t deny the intrigue I had throughout the entire film. The whole satan aspect just makes me feel really weird, therefore there’s no rating.
But no, this is NOT a bad movie. It’s a weird thing being a Catholic who’s also a cinephile, it really is.
]]>A tad disappointed
]]>This review may contain spoilers.
What is wrong with Yorgos Lanthimos
Let me elaborate, the first chapter of the three was great. If that was the entire film I probably would’ve given it 4 stars. The second chapter was interesting and hit the mark occasionally but ultimately made no sense and the sex/fetish obsession was just weird. Then you get to the third chapter, and it gets so so so much worse. A rape scene just had to be included because it’s a Lanthimos film and he’s so “different” and such a “feminist” right?
It’s just gross. I don’t care how different it is, I can’t enjoy rape and fetish glorification just because it’s “art”. Get a life.
]]>Jeffrey Dahmer?
]]>It’s good, but lacking something to make it great.
Needed more Norman Reedus!!!
]]>Currently bawling my eyes out.
Being able to see the entire Lord of the Rings trilogy (extended editions) in theaters this weekend has been a dream come true.
It’s brought a new found appreciation to these films that I didn’t think was possible.
I think it’s okay to say that nothing, and I mean nothing will ever top them.
The greatest films of all time.
“End? No, the journey doesn’t end here. Death is just another path. One that we all must take.”
]]>Incredible.
Final hour is perfect. 0 flaws.
I never know how to put it into words.
]]>Seeing it in theaters is life-changing.

Hemsworth is getting a Best Supporting nom.
]]>Just so good. Best western ever made.
]]>that final sequence is one of the best I’ve seen in a very, very long time
I don’t agree that it’s this masterpiece that everyone’s making it out to be.
]]>I don’t know why but it didn’t really click with me. Yes, the ending is great. Yes, the visuals were beautiful..but the story didn’t hit me like I thought it would.
3 stars is polite tbh
]]>I haven’t watched a mid-budget feel good rom-com in so long. So yeah, I liked it. So what?

]]>I don’t know.
I’m reflecting. On myself. My decisions.
Reflecting on where I’m at in my life right now.
I’m three months away from possibly the most important choice of my life. Entering a new life you could say.
It’s scary. Is it the right decision? Ultimately I won’t know until I’m there. It’s not like I’m trapped in a corner when I enter Seminary, I can leave at anytime. But still, it’s a step into the unknown.
What if I do become a Priest? That means I’ll never have a wife, never have children. On one hand it’s the most important, beneficial, and life-affirming job you can have but on the other hand it would mean giving up the one thing i’ve wanted more than anything my entire life; a family.
Sometimes leaving it up to God is scary. Does that mean I’m not as faithful as I should be? Shouldn’t I just trust His will? I don’t know..
I don’t know. I need to remind myself that the life God wants for me may not be the Priesthood. Maybe I am supposed to have a wife and children.
I guess we’ll see.
I’m leaving it up to Him.
we are exactly where we are meant to be.
I must remember that.
