Christopher Nolan’s patience is on full display as he takes us to navigate a complex story. But not once was I lost, his ability to take massively complex situations and turn them into understandable bite sized bits is truly remarkable. His script has some messy dialogue which seems to be a constant issue, but his compelling and gripping story coupled with moving (and possibly McConaughey’s most impressive role) acting, wipe the slate clean. Interstellar took me for a rollercoaster ride of emotions; I cried, I felt a strangling sense of doom and horror, I felt triumph. This is a masterpiece.
