1966, a slip and a match. Curtains from hell. It’s time for it to all come down. The ambulance looks like a hearse. Are you willing to follow the rules? The $64,000 question. Carpenter still had it, at least visually anyway. Is that the guy from Mad Men who hung himself?

The new girl apocalypse.

What to make of Amber Heard? Am I good, bad or indifferent on her? There’s almost a tenderness to Carpenter's usual patented lope of dread. Is he one of the sad people, or is he in on the joke? Run baby run. Bite the bit. Steam induced inhumanity eclipsed your fragile egg shell mind. Old dirty hippies remember things fondly, like Carpenter and his watchful hurricane eye.

A ghostly sea wench washed ashore from The Fog. An insensitive joker in a circle of therapeutic non sequiturs. Carpenter still manages to capture all the essence in a roundabout way, then offers us his last penny for our thoughts. I stood on the precipice and made it my mission to escape this fever dream. Time for bed. This is the coda.
