Inventive and exceptional animation, very clever storytelling and brilliant voice work and with characters that we truly care for. I didn't look into this one at all before viewing and was impressed by how fresh it all felt, it's anything but just another Spiderman movie. Also that Hip Hop soundtrack is absolutely great and I especially have to mention how happy I was that they included Chemical Calisthenics by Blackalicious, props to all the others that know!
