    ★★★★½

    For class!

I love the eerie alien ambience and genuinely terrifying creatures, I love how dire and war-like this film is, I like that crusty 1970 feel, I love the characters and theme, this is all a really good way to begin to the Ghibli series of animation works. Its also a good way to cap off our favorite artists careers before the studio.

No idea why I loved this upon rewatch, but I do. Yahoo!

    Sonic: Night of the Werehog

Honestly this short makes me think Sonic Unleashed is better than it actually is. The game just isn't for me but this short is really cute, cool, and sweet! I miss quality Sonic content that isn't banking on nostalgia

    Hey, I'm back!

I know this is long, hope you can take the time to read. Thank you.

A movie so expertly crafted and put together, it knows exactly what it wants to be and it is not afraid to put itself out there. When you hear "Studio Ghibli" you have people who think of My Neighbor Totoro! or Spirited Away! and rarely do you hear people reply The Secret World of Arrietty! etc.

However, Whisper of the Heart (this…

My 2024 ranking list is out, titled Not So Secret 24.

Thanks for the support last post, I don't really know what to do right now. I can't really say I'm okay right now, because even if I am, I could be doing even worse tomorrow.

Just know I won't be leaving without saying goodbye. But I'll see you later until next time. 🤍

    (God, its 2025 already?)

As the year comes to a close, my goal to watch 24 movies from this year before its over is entirely infeasible now.

Recently I looked back, and realized I didn't really watch too many new things this year. I certainly could have done it. But for some reason, my mind would always block the chance to do anything I liked that was out of my comfort zone (of music and YouTube videos.)

Maybe it was depression, or my recently…

Everyone, please read my partner's review on this movie for today, she did a wonderful job and I don't know what else to say, other than this was a fun change of pace this time. Currently writing this on my way home from visiting her. I miss her already. <3

Note, if the topic of suicide or discrimination is triggering to you, perhaps avoid this review and maybe even this film altogether. Otherwise enjoy lovelies.

Starting now I'm going to experiment not giving ratings and just writing out my thoughts. I just think I get too caught up with ratings and stuff, plus, I think sometimes my thoughts are better read than simply viewed as a very simplistic score.

So anyway, I watched this dubbed this time and I still…
