Slow. Messy. Inorganic. Unfocused.
The deconstruction of Michael Myers, Laurie Strode, Haddonfield and the concept of evil was half baked at best. The Corey storyline was just unnecessary, but he's the only character in the film that had any development. The main characters, Laurie and Allyson are just there. They have incomprehensible motivations and make abrupt decisions because the story says so.
A few nice kills and gore shots. Overall, a poorly written script with some bad ideas and the direction doesn't properly execute its interesting ideas. Disappointing finale. I can't believe the previous two films were a set up to this.
