I like the story and the direction it went in. It was new and different for this franchise and even though i love this franchise, it's done the same thing over and over again and i really appreciate the new and bold direction Ends went in. Jamie Lee Curtis is great as Laurie Strode and she has more screentime and her dialogue is much better in Ends then Kills. James Jude Courtney is great as Michael Myers and i liked what they did with him even though he didn't have much screentime. Rohan Campbell is very good as Corey Cunningham. This is a new character in the final entry of this timeline story and he has alot of screentime so it won't work and destroy the movie for many people but i actually really liked his character and i loved the opening scene with him. The rest of the cast like Andi Matichak, Will Patton and Kyle Richards all do a good job. The directing by David Gordon Green is very good and i liked how out of 2018 and Kills, this is the one with the least amount of comedy. I was also satisfied enough with the ending to this timeline. Even though i liked what they did with Michael, i wish he had more screentime and i really liked the fight with Laurie and Michael but i wish it was longer. They also do something with Corey in the 3rd act that i didn't like. I would've liked there to be more kills and for them to be as graphic as Halloween Kills. Lastly while the writing is better then Kills, it's still not great. Overall i really enjoyed Ends. It serverted my expectations and told a story i didn't expect to see and sure i had problems with it but i ended up really liking it by the end.
