This movie was dramatic, heartfelt, funny, and, most of all, sexy as hell. It had phenomenal imagery throughout, and I couldn't be more thankful for watching it. I have a lot of friends in the industry and I hope they're all doing okay. What a rough ending.

wow, this is actually fincher’s best. no doubt about it. imax took this movie to new heights. a lot of visual improvements and new things that i picked up in front of this third watch. title card score is so creepy and unsettling in ways i didn’t even realize. the score towards the end is incredible as well. something i really paid more attention to this watch was john doe’s monologue in the backseat on our detectives car. some very…

GLADIATOR! Epic, amazingly paced, master class acting. Something told me i knew the direction of the second (without having watching a single trailer) simply from cues of this first one. Either or, this blows the water out of Gladiator 2. The simplicity of this makes not only the pacing of the film mean much more but truly highlights what’s lacking in its successor.
