The Fire Inside 2024

Everything before she won the medal was very rushed but still watchable. Everything after that was good. I appreciate getting to see what life for her was like after her first Olympics bc I feel like we don’t that often in movies, true story or not.
To learn that she back to back medals and several titles across several weight classes is crazy. She might be one of the best boxers ever.

My experience was deeply hindered by a group of girls talking loudly in front of me for the entire duration of the movie with no shame or consideration. Movie theatre etiquette is truly dead and I’m mad about it. I’m too mad to even talk about the movie or what I thought about it. I just want everyone to learn some manners.

I thought this was good! Would have given it a 4 if the exposition wasn’t delivered in such a shit way but it was funny, the action was good, the story was decent, it was compelling, and entertaining.
