This is one of those movies so polarizing you either absolutely love them or are left deeply unimpressed by. Being in the former category, I tend to overlook its (few) flaws because the whole package is just so gorgeous and innovative that I mean, who the hell cares about that one ridiculous and totally useless floating-in-the-stars sequence.
But I swear, if they let Ryan Gosling poison another perfectly charming production with his expressionless acting, I'm losing my shit.
