Gromit needs to slap the sh*t out of Wallace. He’s a f*cking capitalist jackass and doesn’t deserve Gromit. Being the nerd that I am, I saw the plot as a metaphor for a software developer’s overreliance on AI. As always, the production is phenomenal. It’s almost short enough not to be annoying. I just could’ve done without the extraneous characters, musical sequences, and forced references.

You simply can’t fully appreciate the story if you’re neurotypical and not an immigrant. I’ll (re)defend the film by saying that I’m aware of Polanski’s heinous crimes.
