Watching all of Andrew Ahn's films before I go to The Wedding Banquet at BFI Flare in two weeks!!!
God I loved this, really really funny, like peak queer humour and just a bunch of really sweet romance. I love the found family trope a lot and this captured it in such a perfect way. God I love gay people and their silly little gay friendships (me, I'm gay people).
I love you Erin I'd treat you so well and be a great mother to all your 30 year old gay children
Times a hard for dreamers
I FINALLY watched this. The closest I’ve ever gotten to watching this is when a girl I had a MASSIVE crush on said it was her favourite film, 1 year later here I am finally watching it.
For the record, I dislike
People bending their fingers back
People who cycle on the pavement
And the way your body feels when a plane takes off
I like
Getting a new dvd and putting it in its place in my collection
Watching trailers just for fun
And chopping vegetables
Very crazy sexy time
Hey so I think I’m in love with Sigrit. Rachel McAdams was the most adorable and most beautiful anyone has ever been in a movie ever in this.
PLAY JA JA DING DONG
I want her to brush my hair too she seems very calming
HOW, I MEAN HOW, did he manage to treat two of the most tragically beautiful women EVER badly? HOW?
Was resisting the urge to clap after every performance like a crazy person
After watching Jazzy for the first time I just had to watch this again. I was lonely for it.
God I love this film so much
I hope I never get an unfriending note from you
Morrisa Maltz you’ve done it again, this was absolutely stunning.
Kids written and portrayed like someone who has interacted with a child before, I know that sounds obvious but it’s less common than you think. Their friendship was so easy and perfect when they were together, I loved how everything just picked up how it left. I was also sat SOBBING when they were shouting over the cliff about how…

There's a 5th way out
This was technically and visually beautiful. Opening with some of the prettiest cinematography I've seen since watching A Real Pain back in January. Just truly gorgeous. With this and Presence the POV shot is really growing on me. It does take me a while to get used to and makes me a bit motion sick every so often, but I think it's a really good way to pull us as an audience into the story…
