"Remember who you are"
Just the opening scene is a monument to brilliant cinematography and animation, with its choice of shots and inventive transitions .A war for power among brothers once again awakens my childhood trauma, but the prodigal son returns to assert his crown. The mix between the breaks with a bit of freshness and the drama works perfectly well, and Simba's emotion and psychology are unfailingly relevant. Hans Zimmer's phenomenal soundtrack makes this timeless masterpiece with its universal story and moral even more memorable. Hakuna Matata y'all.
