Due to injuries that he received while shooting a car stunt in this film, he had to decline the role of 'Disturbed Passenger' which Scorsese himself filled.     The feelings this gave me are, I imagine, the same feelings people had watching the original back in 1922. Stunning visual terror with every new shot. The scene when the empty horse carriage approaches Thomas Hutter in the woods, gave me the goosebumps that I yearn for when watching horror movies.
