This was such a blast! But it also seems like the type of movie where if you really think about it you'll notice a bunch of plot holes or unrealistic plot points. But who cares? It's fun and that car scene was awesome!

I spent the first half of Strange Darling struggling to decide if I loved it or hated it. But I knew there was no in-between. I thought announcing that it was shot on 35mm was unnecessary. I had no qualms about the nonlinear structure. And I liked the cinematography and performances.
The trailer boasted about a twist, which was easy to figure out just from the trailer alone. But it felt like the screenplay was too focused on concealing said…
