Rewatched 01 May 2017

I have finally come to the realization that my initial impression of this movie wasn't wholeheartedly correct. Whereas I initially viewed the simplicity of this movie as refreshing, upon rewatch, I found it mundane and boring. There's not much to these cardboard characters and Ryan Gosling's singing voice made me cringe.

I still very much enjoyed everything else about this movie, but now that I knew the story, there wasn't anything deeper to delve in to. :(
