I’ll defend several aspects of the prequels for what they’re worth but it’s crazy to see how much more natural brotherhood and chemistry there is in one short scene between Luke and Biggs, two characters that never share another dialogue scene together, than there is between Anakin and Obi Wan in any of the prequels.

One of the underrated and relevant masterpieces of the 2010s. Always thought this movie wasn’t much more than a meme but then I watched it and realized JGL understands the masculine plight better than most and knows how to direct. I was always locked into this character and could sympathize with him and each composition and cut is well thought out. Very beautiful film that has me ruminating on its wonderful progression and themes.
