    my long ass review lol

    i have one major complaint about this movie. when i think of VHS i think it shaky and grainy camera work. this movie seemed WAYYYYYYYY to polished for a found footage movie lol. these ppl walkin around with full HD cameras just ruins it for me. i want it to look grainy and be shaky like the original movies.

    i noticed a lot of people saying this movie was kind of cheesy but i absolutely loved it. my only (very small) complaint is that i wish it was more gory (but i say that about every movie lol.)

    i loved the color grading and just the way the movie was edited. it was so different and creative. i thought the acting was really good too! i do feel like it was a little rushed, but that didn’t bother me. 

    i could see myself rewatching down the road some time
