    Premise does sound like one of those TikToks trying to slag off cinefiles with an unwittingly fascinating fake synopsis - I’m looking at you 2 hour black and white movie about the Serbian government shown through the eyes of a pigeon 

    Incredible testament to what can be done with every little when you have a vision and the capabilities to execute it
