Spellbinding subtle performance from Torres.
Great editing. Pacing and score.
Home video footage tie in was neat.
The the last few minutes of the 70s section were perfect.
Noticed the fire within (1963) diner reference that’s cool too.

Great synergy.
The cool spilt diopter shots, the balance between comedy and drama and the endearing trio dynamic; so many great things about this.
Brooks should have had more under his belt; it’s 3/3 terms of endearment and as good as it gets are great too.

It still holds up on a rewatch and I’m a sucker for any Adrien Brody performance, the sadness in his eyes speaks to my soul.
