Yes, I realize that this is an American remake of a far superior Korean horror film. Yes, I realize it has its problems and there are many of them. If not THE, this is at least one of the films that has avoided me since forever. I have never seen a movie where the score begs you to believe that what you are watching is scary but this is now one.
