Synopsis
Angela's Throwing Another Party. Trick or Treat, Sucker.
Angela, the hostess from hell, summons her army of teen demons when teenagers from St. Rita's High School decide to party at the haunted Hull House on Halloween.

Stays true to the original, but everything feels a lot more like the 90s. Nice and fun horror comedy.

I went ahead and watched this AGAIN so I could see Angela dance to Morbid Angel even though I already know what that is like but it is still rad. my favorite part is all of the kids attending the Catholic School Halloween Dance are completely into Morbid Angel all of a sudden because of how evil the vibes are turning in the presence of demons there are probably lots of other things i should have been doing but this is what happened to me a true story. <3
PS: the rest of the Night Of The Demons 2 soundtrack is that kind of 90's buttrock about drinking beer and not listening that would become top 40 country music in the 21st Century?
PPS: would wear Angela's oversize upsidedowncross earrings!!! <3 <3

TRICK OR TREAT SUCKER!!!!!
This is the sequel I'm least familiar with and I couldn't even remember if I had actually seen it before. It was one of those franchises that had memorable video art thus haunting my young and vulnerable mind every time I visited the video store. And as scared as I was I never hesitated to grab one to see what was on the back!
A sequel that takes place six years after the original which is now 1994. Surprisingly not much quality is lost despite the feel of this film being noticeably different. Sure its lost some of that 80s horror magic but it's still an enjoyable slice of direct to video cheese.

I used to think this was a step-down, but after watching them back-to-back I think I honestly liked 2 even more than the first.
Pros: commando-nuns, holy water super soakers, boobs that turn into hands, demonic car-seat genital rubbing
Cons: sexy dance to Morbid Angel (again, ?????)(but tbh, this might actually be a pro), worst ending shot of all time

a pretty decent yet unserious sequel! love it! over the top gore, insane special effects/ demon designs, boob hands oh and a demonic snake angela. sister gloria has to be one of the coolest & most badass nuns in horror 🦇🕯️

Night of the Demons 2 is an immensely fun and creative sequel directed by Australian B-movie wild man Brian Trenchard-Smith. Like the original, it is one of the movies I love since my childhood. A great cast of characters, top-notch special Effects from Steve Johnson, humor, nudity and lots of gore. Absolutely love this one and I would even rate it above the great original. Just an absolute blast to watch for the first or hundredth time.

Yes there's no Windows 93 flying demon graphics in the intro credits but damn if this isn't a solid sequel. For some reason it seems to get a bad rap but it's an entertaining direct to video whirlwind of wackiness. For a sequel in 1994 that was released 6 years after the original it could have been much worse! The sleaze and cheese is dialed up and there's no shortage of boobs!
Yes some of the characters are a little cringe but they felt like Dawson's Creek casting rejects. Plus a few faces I recognized. Imagine Melrose Place but everyone gets naked and battles a whole slew of practical FX abominations.…

This sequel strikes oil immediately with big, sexy slithering, like a King snake swimming through the cheese dip. Serpentine locomotion in a perpetual gag reel of horny demons and humans. Hull House trick•or•treat, déjà vu hangover with 90's era Angela doing her boogeywoman with mixed results. The demon voice always sounded like it belonged on a horror rap album. It's pickle chippy.
The silly string inner sanctum and the very threshold of infinity. Titillating titties turn into hands in cringe city. A shallow holy water swim with a welcome return from Suzanne's lipstick creating connective tissue as well as an escape from Hull House, if only for a time.
