This film succeeds as both a romantic dramedy and as a commentary on the process behind TV news. It's well written and terrifically acted by the main trio of Holly Hunter, William Hurt and Albert Brooks. Loved where the ending was going, but once it did finish I felt a bit nonchalant about it. Upon some reflection, I'm warming up to it.
Holly Hunter truly has one of the most recognizable voices and a couple line deliveries in this are perfection.
