Jeremy Saulnier is 4/4 in my book. Easily one of my favorites of the year. It’s a shame this won’t get a theatrical release. His last film (Hold The Dark) also put out by Netflix I got to see in the theater and adored as well . This movie rips super hard. A star making turn for Aaron Pierre. Saulniers hard boiled writing combined with his slick ass direction is a treat. See in a theater if you can otherwise on Netflix 9/6/24

still great on rewatch hot damn. Easily one of the years best. Wish it got a real theatrical release. Grateful I got to see it on the big screen once.
