For the 10th anniversary, I got the chance to see InterSTELLAR in IMAX, and yeah, it still slaps! Easily one of the best modern sci-fi epics and movie experiences I’ve had, right after Dune. That docking scene still gives me chills, and I lost count of how many times I cried. It’s a blast. Big love to Nolan and Zimmer for this masterpiece!

I’ve got mixed feelings. There were some good parts, but the storyline felt pretty simple. It’s a decent one-time watch, nothing special. Could’ve been more complex, but still, not bad overall. The plot was fresh, and the acting from both leads was solid—Sophie Thatcher is such a hottie! I really liked the message that AI is definitely gonna take over and kill us all. Fun to watch!

Also, about Timothee Chalamet, I haven’t really seen him in a role yet where I’ve gone 'wow' at his acting but not this time. His appearance was extraordinarily captivating.

Kudos to Villeneuve and his team achieved this jaw-dropping masterpiece. Visually stunning from start to finish. Epic cinematic!

It’s a loving documentary but a safe tribute, more scrapbook than deep dive. Co-directed by his husband, it covers all the key moments like fame, addiction, and redemption but without much new insight. The film shines when Elton reflects on aging and family, but it avoids real vulnerability. Visually standard, it frustratingly cuts away from performances too soon. A warm nostalgia trip for fans but not a bold or revealing portrait.

Important story, badly executed. I wanted to learn more, but the film felt forced and clunky. Susan Sarandon’s fake teeth were distracting, and the script felt like a speech, not real storytelling.

It was fine. Side characters were great—Norton as Pete Seeger and the Joan Baez character especially. Timothée nailed Dylan’s mannerisms, but his singing could’ve been better (though, to be fair, Dylan’s voice is hard to mimic). Never been a big Dylan fan anyway—his nasally voice never clicked for me.

Acting, sets, costumes, cinematography? All top-notch. But the film just hopped from scene to scene without really saying much. No deep dive into Dylan’s motivations, no real insight into his choices—like why he went electric. Kinda boring at times, saved mostly by the music.

Still, decent watch. I enjoyed it.

Had potential but nah. Cool camerawork, but the plot was boring and soulless. Even Lucy Liu couldn’t save it. No attachment to the characters, so when stuff went down, it barely hit. Some creepy moments but nothing memorable. Like, they tried to make it deep, but it just felt cheesy. There’s a twist but it flops. The trailer made it seem better lol. Kinda sad I didn’t enjoy it because the idea could’ve been really interesting, but it just felt like Paranormal Activity without the scares or suspense.
