Nosferatu 2024

It is for sure supurb craftsmanship; gorgeous filmmaking that is meticulously constructed. From a filmmaking technical standpoint, it's an incredible achievement. However, I found it so exceedingly bleak and unrelentingly joyless, that I don't think I enjoyed the experience of watching the movie (beyond the mechanical, film fan aspects of examining shot composition, color choices, shadow, etc).
This is, honestly, why I think I largely have not enjoyed any of Egger's films.

Had a lot of the same comedic beats and tone as Ash vs Evil Dead. SLAXX did a better job with the baleful nature of the retail working experience. Always enjoy watching awful people get theirs.
