First saw Biotherapy at the Alamo Drafthouse in San Francisco. It was screening in one of the smaller theaters with maybe 40 seats tops. It was the second feature of a double bill with Demon Within. Biotherapy is so awesome I wish it was longer, but in all reality it works perfect with the runtime.
