I sort of enjoyed this for the same reasons I got a kick out of the Stephen Sommers G.I. JOE movie. It's stupid, garish nonsense, and an almost perfect rendering of its baffling and absurd cartoon source. If I were eight this would be my favorite thing (I was never very smart).
