Battle Royale 2000

Battle Royale is a great action films with some really interesting character beats throughout. The score is also surprisingly really good. I really loved this one.

Female Prisoner #701: Scorpion 1972

This one was a bit uneven near the beginning for me but by about a quarter through the movie, I really started to appreciate all the camera work that was done in this film. I love all the quick close-ups and the lighting really further pushes what the narrative is trying to get through to the viewer.
The last 20 minutes makes for such a fun watch given the journey our main character goes through to get there.
