Long Legs is an intense thriller with an intriguing occult mystery. FBI agent Lee (Maika Monroe) decodes cryptic messages, uncovering a satanic cult tied to murders. Nicolas Cage, unrecognisable as the crazed serial killer Longlegs, gave an eccentric performance that was both goofy and terrifying adding a personal layer of fear with his connection to Lee's childhood.
The film’s slow burn built tension perfectly, with creepy dolls adding to the unsettling atmosphere. Monroe and Cage both showcase impressive performances in their roles, notably Cage brilliantly portraying the deranged Longlegs in his short screen time.
