    I would sooner rub Novichok all over my eyeballs than go through this experience again.

    Honestly one of the dumbest things I've ever seen.

    WHY can his colleague sat 2 metres behind him not hear him chatting away to Bateman throughout his entire shift?

    WHY is there no security in this airport. We've got a bloke running through a major international airport brandishing a weapon and nobody takes him down?

    WHY does an LAPD detective not know what Novichok is?…

    Fully convinced they missed a trick by not just making this series a full-on villain origin story for Dr. Loomis.

    Anyway, my grandad would genuinely move quicker than Michael does. But this still scared the shit out of me as a kid so I'll give it an added nostalgia half-star.

    There's a scene at Julie Christie's bedside where George C. Scott produces a pretty special bit of acting, that was my personal highlight of the film.

    But must admit my attention waned a fair bit while watching. It's incredibly of its time - although that does make for some whacky bursts of colour and caricature along the way.

    Damn. That was actually really good.

    Fully looks like the product of actual hard work and effort. Set designs are great, as is the photography, the costumes, and of course, the music. Not fully convinced by Bailey yet, but otherwise all well acted too, and Grande's performance was a genuinely pleasant surprise.

    It could be a little darker to reflect the source material, but would be harsh to take this one away from the younger folk. A fun romp and…
