I'm not trying to be a dick when I say that we need to band together and STOP Osgood Perkins from making movies. He has visual and thematic style but Jesus Christ, the level of pretention, the unbearable writing, the wooden, boring performances, the high school edgy shtick, for fucks sake! This cannot stand. I hate that this man keep trucking me into being interested in what he's doing next, and I gotta say, the folks at Neon did a great job spinning the story of all those people leaving the theater because the movie SUCKED into them leaving because it was soooko scary. Well done, marketing team. This is hardly even a horror movie.
