Chef Michael Fiorelli is slowly assembling the team for Love & Salt, his seasonally driven Italian restaurant replacing Cafe Pierre in Manhattan Beach this summer. Fiorelli has brought on Rebecca Merhej who previously worked with him at Terranea as mar'sel's chef de cuisine. At Love & Salt she will assume the role of chef de cuisine and also pastry chef.
