Royal Soldier Drones can be found protecting The Queen in the village Western Hive and are part of the Western Hive faction.

Upon entering the Hill Hut located atop the village they will rush over to you and demand you to leave. Any harm to the Queen will see you facing all nearby Drones.

Despite their name, they have the same gear as the rest of their weaker brethren. They wear no armour and have weapons manufactured by Ancient.
