ホクホクかぼちゃで膨満感?

No Sugar  But.......

 

砂糖なしで煮た小豆とホクホクかぼちゃにひよこ豆をプラス。

調味料はだし、醤油にみりんonly.

 

砂糖抜き生活のため、甘いものに飢えていたのでしょう。

夕食の後、ついつい箸が止まらず、食べ続けてしまった。

見事なかぼちゃでした。　ホクホクで甘ーい。

吉野敏明先生がおっしゃる通り、甘いものは砂糖が入ってなくてもダメなのです。

 

膨満感が寝るまで続きました。

 

反省しましたが、残りのかぼちゃは冷凍室におります。

朝食の米粉パンもどきのtoppingになるでしょう。但し少量にします。

 

これは先日のお話で、

本日の反省はと言うと、

手作りのcoffee jelly with soy milk　に小さじ1、icecreamをtopping.....

冷凍庫にいた、最後の牧場しぼりです。

毒と呼ばれる植物油脂は含まれていませんが、生乳、水あめ、砂糖が。。。。

 

以前は週に1cup消費してました。

 

もうひとつ反省があります。

さつまいもまるごと🍠焼き芋にして、米粉パンもどきにtoppingしました。

言い訳になりますが、それほど甘くなかったです。

 

朝食を、小麦🥞ぱん（milk, sugar, salt ,butter, olive oil,イースト菌)か、.米粉パンもどき（tofu or soymilk,2種混合オートミール、塩こうじ）に替えてから3か月以上経つのかも。

 

一番はっきりした変化は、形を成す固形になったこと。以前は朝食後、腹痛を伴う下痢でした。これではお出かけもできない。お出かけしませんが。

 

 

 

 

食生活：小麦粉、乳製品をやめる

 

youtube,吉野敏明チャンネルを視聴して、小麦粉、砂糖、乳製品、植物油が4毒だと知った。

 

長い間、日本人が摂取してきた和食文化が、戦後ガラリと変わってしまった。

 

 

間接性肺炎で亡くなった父は、甘いものが好きだったなぁ～。

食べ物がなかった戦時中を経験した父にとっては砂糖の味は麻薬のようなものだったんだろうな。

 

 

 

自分で砂糖をいっぱい入れた甘ーい卵焼き作ってたし。

 

 

私の子供時代は、、、、今思うと最悪だった。

 

幼稚園のお弁当は卵と真っ赤なウインナーソーセージだけ。凄い偏食だったから。

お弁当を持って行かない時は、牛乳とパン券でチョコレートか、オレンジっぽいクリームがサンドのコッペパンが買えた。たしか25円。

 

家では、おやつにカラフルなあめやガム、駄菓子を食べてた。

 

 

私の子供には、着色料、保存料などの添加物入りのものは避けて与えなかったけど、毎朝手作りパン、夕食はなるべく和食だけど、洋食も取り入れてた。

 

まさか、小麦粉や乳製品が健康を害していたとは。。。。ショック

 

 

2024年高齢者に足を突っ込む頃から小麦粉を減らした

 

小麦粉の代用として、米粉でパンのような、ホットケーキのようなものを焼いて朝食にした。2024年春ごろかな。でも、たまにうどんやパスタも食べた。

 

2024年高齢者の域に入ってから牛乳、買うのをやめた。

9月からは牛乳の代わりに豆乳でパンもどきを焼いている。

豆乳シチューもマイルドなお味で気に入っている。

coffeeに豆乳はまあまあ良しとするが、blackの方がbetterかも。

 

Some cheese and butter are in the fridge. 捨てられない。。。。

 

 

今のところの症状

疲れやすくないと感じる。

 

目覚めばかりなのにだるーいとか、ゴローンとヨガマットに転がることが減った。

COVIDに 感染しても、症状は人それぞれで軽く済んでしまった人はほんとにラッキーで風邪と同じようにとらえるかもしれないが、いまだに苦しみ続けている人もいる。 だから怖い。今となっても羅漢したくない。ワクチンなしで羅漢もなしだけど、やっぱりマスクは外せない。

”有田川”　有吉佐和子著を読んで元姑を想う

一度は読んでみたいと思っていた有吉佐和子の小説を、読みだしてすぐに後悔してしまった。

 

いきなり強い方言で始まり、この方言で語られる小説だとわかった時に読むのを辞めようかと思った。

 

この方言を知っていなければよかったのだが、、抑揚までがはっきりと聞こえてくるのだ。

元　義両親の声色で。

 

しばらく忘れていられたのに、

 

こんな言い方してたなぁ～と否が応でも思い出してしまう。

 

結婚することになり、その地を初めて訪れてから、離婚するまで、ずーっと嫌われて続けて、どうしても馴染むことができなかった夫の両親。

 

おまけにミカン農家まで同じときた。

 

それでも頑張り屋の主人公、お千代さんの勢いに引っ張られて半分程まで読み進めた。

 

お千代は赤ちゃんの時、洪水で箪笥の引き出しに乗って、ある裕福な地主の家に流れ着き、その家の長女として育てられた。

 

しかし、十年後に、次女として悠紀が生まれた時、本当の子ではないことを偶然に知ってしまったのだ。その後率先して、山へ出かけみかん栽培を男衆から学んだ。

 

また洪水で流され、救われた地主の家で、自分の家を告げることなどせずにミカン栽培に没頭した。

 

地主の話す方言は、京都弁のような柔らかさを持っている。一方、雇われて働く男衆、

女衆の方言が、特に元姑に似ていて、攻撃的で荒い言い方は、怒られるように聞こえて怖かったなぁ。

 

姑も同様、ミカン栽培に人生を捧げたが、お千代さんは、幼子がちゅーちゅー吸った後の食べ残しのミカンを食べたが、義両親は、丹精込めて育てた子供のようなみかんを一口噛んでは、

”すいなー（酸っぱい）”

と言って丸ごとポイっポイっと次から次へとゴミ箱へ投げた。

 

そう言えば、元夫はブロッコリーのつぼみの部分だけかじって茎は残してた。

 

同じ農家でも違うもんだ。

 

違いと言えば、血のつながっていない妹を再会することができたが、ずーっとお嬢さん育ちのお悠紀さんとは、言葉使いだけではなく、180度異なる人生を送った。

お千代はおばあになってもミカン栽培から離れられず、お悠紀は嫁ぎ先で茶華を活けながら静かに暮らした。

 

実の姉妹以上に情が深いのだが、千代の次男とお悠紀さんが、お互いに好意を持っていると疑ったお千代さんは20才も年齢差があるふたりを汚らわしく感じ、お悠紀を遠ざけた時期もあった。

 

元姑の、一人息子を取られた招かねらず嫁に対するジェラシーだったに違いない。

私の全てが気に入らなかったのだろう。

 

私の手を見て、

”働いてない証拠”

私の身体を見て、

”貧弱な身体、母親の貫禄がない”

 

今の私なら、ああそうでか。で済ますことができるが、無知で若かったあの頃の私には、そのことばが針のように突き刺さって痛かった。だから盆と正月はきらいだった。ひたすら耐えるためのつらい帰省だったから。

 

そんなことを思い出しながら読み終えた。

 

なんだか、義両親の悪口になってしまったが、

自然災害や戦争の中生き抜いた人々の昔の話なのだが、今も同じ状況であることにぎょっとした。

California Governor Gavin Newsom has signed several bills aimed at strengthening the state's protections for LGBTQ+ people.

カリフォルニア州知事はGavin Newsomは　いくつの法案に署名したー州のLGBTQの人のための保護制度を強化する法案に。

 

One law sets timelines for *required cultural competency training for public school teachers and staff. Another creates a team to address the needs of LGBTQ+ students and help advance supportive initiatives.

ひとつは、スケジュールを設定するー（LGBTQに対する）教養の適応力

を公立学校の先生などがトレーニングを受ける必要がある。

A third law requires families to show that they can and are willing to meet the needs of a child in foster care regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.

"These measures will help protect vulnerable youth, promote acceptance, and create more supportive environments in our schools and communities," Newsom said in a statement.

次女にbabygirlが誕生した。長女に二人の子供がいるので、三人目の孫になる。

あーなんて愛らしい。

2年ほど前に、次女にバセドー病が発覚した。以前から空腹時に手が震えると言っていた。それがバセドー病の前兆だったと思う。

５％の赤ちゃんは母親のバセドー病の影響を受ける。

まさにその５％に入ってしまった。

そのため、娘だけ退院し、babyはNICUに1週間にいた。

 

私は写真を見ることしかできない。

 

病気を持っているからだろうか、How adorable she is. ❤

 

私は孫を目に入れても痛くないようなタイプではない。

 

一人目は、里帰り出産ではなく、生まれたと連絡を受けた時はインフルエンザで床に臥せっていた。安堵はしたが。

二人目は、2才の上の子の面倒をみながら、家事、仕事（英会話講師）、おまけに離婚の詰めの時期に重なっていて、へっとへとで記憶がないほど疲弊していた。

 

赤ちゃんってこんな表情や仕草をするんだなんてうっとり眺めるゆとりがなかった。

今回、生徒も少数になり、有償ボランティアで指導する高齢者のための体操教室も夏休みのため、十分時間があり、喜んで赤ちゃんと接することができた。

 

あかちゃんって、こんなに愛おしいものなんだって初めて感じた。

 

娘たちを育てていたころもやはり忙しくて気持ちに余裕がなかった。

 

 

そして、まだ会えぬbabyの写真を眺めていた時、降臨したかのように、迷うことなく体操教室の指導者を辞めようと思った。

 

とってもいい生徒さん方で、高齢者と関わりもいいもんだなーと思っていて、不満があるとすれば、この組織かな。私は組織の中にいるのは苦手なんだなってわかった。

 

限りある時間をどのように使うか。

いままで、生きるために十分我慢をしていやなこともやってきた。

 

これからは、自分の時間:me-timeを100%喜んでやりたいことだけに使うつもりだ。

長く生きるかもしれないが、あっけなく終えてしまうかもしれない人生だから。

ちっこい文鳥のチーちゃんは、酷いMペットショップにいた。小鳥の生体は2羽のみで、ケージやら餌やら付属品のための飾り物みたい。ちーちゃんに関しては、ずさんな管理だった。すでに栄養失調で脚気になっていたから。

小鳥なんて利益にならないからね。

 

先代の文鳥を購入した別のHペットショップの前を通りかかったので寄ってみた。

 

改装して店内はかなりおしゃれにディスプレイされていた。ペットも、餌も、アクセサリーも。

 

以前は見かけなかったけど、フェレット、ハリネズミ、モモンガからトカゲ、蛇にいたるまで豪華絢爛。

 

はたして、ペットにすべきなのか、飼育できるのか疑問に思ったが、管理はしっかりしているように見えた。

10年前、購入したとき、

”くちばしも上下そろってますね。脚もしっかりしてますね。確認してください。では、動物を捨てたりしませんという用紙に署名してください。”

このショップでは、病気や奇形の子は販売しない。では、そのような子はどうなるのだろう。

 

 

ちーちゃん

ちーちゃんの脚は生まれつき奇形だけど、ちーちゃんに出会えて最高にハッピー。

奇形とわからないヒナの状態で、すでに脚気を発症していたことも隠して、

”小鳥は返品できません”

の用紙にサインするように言われ、そそくさと渡された。差しエサの様子を見たいとあらかじめ電話しておいたのに拒否された。

 

そんな劣悪なMペットショップに感謝しかない。ちーちゃんを私に与えてくれてありがとう。

 

でも、こんな酷い扱いはもうやめてほしい。障害をもつ動物だって取り扱って構わないから。もっとみんなが優しくなってほしい。

Have you ever felt like you've seen or done something before, even though you know that can't be true?

This is called déjà vu, which means "already seen" in French.

It's a common phenomenon, and almost all people will experience it at least once in their lives.

いつもの場所を探してもいない。

大抵、キッチンか、玄関の靴箱の上か、洗濯機のふたの上にいるはず。

 

まさかトイレに閉じ込めちゃった❓

 

懐中電灯持って、冷蔵庫の後ろなど徹底的に調べた。

以前、タンスと壁の間に落っこちて怪我をしたことがある。

 

どこにもいない。

いくら呼んでも返事どころか物音すらしない。

 

もしかして、トイレに流しちゃった？はずないよね。

 

ちっちーは右脚は、ねじれていて機能が弱い。もう一方の足も握る力が弱いため、私の肩からでさえよく滑り落ちる。

 

もう、探すところがないほど探した。

 

もう一回普段使ってない部屋を見渡した。

 

チョコンといるではないか。

 

白い椅子に白い文鳥が同化してた。

 

もう、倒れちゃったよ。力が抜けてヘロヘロと。

 

わかった！

 

このヨガマットが怖かったから、一番遠くの部屋に避難してじーっと無言でいたんだね。

 

ちっちーの気持ちがやっとわかったよ。

Speaking to the news site The Debrief, David Grusch, who previously worked for the US Department of Defense, also said that the government is breaking the law by not sharing information about these vehicles with the US Congress.

France Bans Short Flights to Tackle Climate Change

短距離フライト禁止-気候変動対策

France has banned short domestic flights in order to reduce carbon dioxide emissions.

Under the ban, which became law on May 23, flights cannot be taken for journeys that can be made in less than two-and-a-half hours by train.

The new law also says trains must be frequent and timely enough that passengers who would otherwise travel by plane can make a return trip the same day after spending eight hours at their destination.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stood at the center of a whirlwind of diplomacy as the Group of Seven summit closed in Hiroshima on Sunday.
