Fortunately, Houston is brimming with restaurants and bars that offer plenty of special deals on drinks, dishes, and full-blown meals during happy and social hours.

Though everyone has their favorite haunt, Houston’s happy hour deals are seemingly endless, which means there’s never really a bad time to branch out or try somewhere new. Here’s an updated list of happy hours in Houston that deliver some of the best cold cocktails, tacos, smoked meats, and everything in between.

The traditional happy hour is held from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday, but for those who prefer a nightcap, catch the reverse happy hour from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday or from 9 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, when select cocktails, including its mojitos and house margaritas, are $9.

Truck Yard
