It is located in northeast Aye Valley neighborhood of San Andreas.
Events of Grand Theft Auto[]
The bar is only visited at the end of the Tequila Slammer chapter, when El Burro tells the GTA Protagonist to meet him there. El Burro is also known to frequent the bar, where he meets some of his men for drinking and fun.
