The headquarters is located in an unnamed hotel building[1]in west Belleville Park, Staunton Island, Liberty City.
Its advertisements are displayed in Torrington and other parts of the city. It seems that it may have been designed to be more significant during an earlier stage of Grand Theft Auto III's development, as both its logo and headquarters is featured within game's manual and on the game's promotional website.
