It is situated on the corner of Hoarmount Avenue and a wide road leading to the north bridge connecting Prawn Island and Downtown, on the other side of the road housing the Schuman Health Care Center. The bar is inaccessible to the player and has no impact on the storyline. At night, the bar is lit up with neon lights. In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, there's a neon light on the top of the building that is on even at daytime[ref?].
