Analyze
In my own opinion, the teaching implications of the students’ test scores and grades will help the teacher to
know the level of knowledge of the students in the subject. This is to know if they need an improvement or they
need to maintain it to be better.
We can’t deny that every students has a differences. They are not similar in term of skills so that I can’t say if
what subject they exceed and fail.
Yes, it was imply by the school. In every end of the quarter PTC was conducted and at the same time this is
awarding ceremony for the student’s excellence in every quarter.
In my resource teacher classroom, the parents was overwhelmed because the grades of their child is enough
for them. I believe that students do their best to achieve those remarks.
Reflect

I observed that some parents and students were glad because of their grades and helping
them to learn. Teacher carefully explains the grades they achieved. As a result, assist
parents in assisting students in furthering their knowledge, effort and abilities.
Observe
The teacher did it right at the start of the class she informed the students about the method or the grading
system. Also stayed away from prejudice. Review the evidence if you’re in question and stated that the course
grade will be based only on achievement of the students.
Some parent was not able to attend the conference. The achievements of their child was didn’t witnessed
maybe they have their own reason why they are not able to attend the conference.
Act

To ensure that the scoring, grading and the conduct of PTC serve their purpose, i.e. to
ensure that students learn, I will read researches on… or view video… further study or
observation so that I may learn more about the strategies that will help me to reach the goal.
Plan

Through performing study, observation and interviews. This will help me to develop the skills
or other strategies that can possible to use to inspire teachers and parents to help students
accomplish their learning goals such as grading procedure ore conducting PTC.
