Fountain of Lucine's Accolades is an Offering System that is leveled with Hydro Sigils. It can be found at the Fountain of Lucine in Court of Fontaine Region, Fontaine.
Fountain of Lucine's Accolades is unlocked by walking near the Fountain of Lucine or automatically after completing Archon Quest Chapter IV: Act I - Prelude of Blancheur and Noirceur.
Prior to Version 4.6, the maximum level was limited to 20, 30 and 40 in Versions 4.0, 4.1 and 4.2-4.5 respectively despite the possibility of obtaining more than enough Hydro Sigils. The game prevents players from offering more by displaying the following error: "Max level reached for the current version."

Raising the Fountain of Lucine level requires 
Hydro Sigil offered in groups of 30. A total of 1500 Hydro Sigils are required to reach the maximum level. Reaching the maximum level will grant the Fontaine: Dance of the Dew-White Springs (I) achievement Dew Song.
All levels, except level 40 and 50, will reward:
