Penny is a quest-exclusive NPC that appears in the World Quest Free Verse.
Profile[]
Penny is the daughter of Parker and Barrow, two wanderers who left her with their friend Rouge after they decided their nomadic lifestyle was not ideal for a child.[1] The Traveler and Paimon meet her and her friends Don Quijano and Nana, a cat and dog respectively, near the Waverider Waypoint southeast of Foggy Forest Path.
Penny appears to have a close relationship with Morticia.[2]
