Crafty is an event-exclusive NPC that appears in the Event Story Quest Currents Deep Beneath the Lanterns in Lantern Rite: Part II.
He is a member of the Treasure Hoarders who, along with Bei'er, gets into a fight with Xiao and the Traveler over the mysterious letter they received.
