- During the event, you must cultivate ingredients, concoct potions, sell potions, and gain revenue from your business to fund the expansion of your operations.
- By continuously running and managing the shop while achieving the designated objectives, you can obtain Dialogues of the Desert Sages (Polearm) and its exclusive Refinement Materials, Primogems, Crown of Insight, and other rewards.
- In the "Cultivating Ingredients" gameplay, ingredients that have been specially processed can be used to greater effect during the process of concocting potions.
- In the "Concocting Potions" gameplay, place your ingredients into the Alchemy Cauldron in a certain order in order to concoct potions with different effects and special characteristics.
- In the "Selling Potions" gameplay, make your plans according to market news and sell the potions that are in demand to seize business opportunities and garner greater profits.

- Co-Op Mode is disabled while the player is in the Alchemical Ascension area and is re-enabled once the player leaves the area.
- If there are available special customers whose orders were not fulfilled or an available Alchemy Exam that is not yet passed, then cycles alternate between having a special customer or Sucrose present and having none of them present.
- A maximum of one of the aforementioned characters can be present.
- New special customers and Sucrose arriving with a new exam are prioritized.
- If both special customers with unfulfilled orders and an incomplete Alchemy Exam exist, then the cycles in which someone is present would alternate between Sucrose and any special customer.
- As a result of this cycle alternation, Sucrose can be up to 4 cycles "late" with a new Alchemy Exam.
- A Job Well Done can offset the cycle alternation by 1 cycle.
