Tina is a friend and classmate of Ashley. Tina develops a crush and obsession with Ashley's older brother Carlton when she sees him shirtless wrapped up in a towel after a swim. Though at first flattered by Tina's crush, he soon becomes annoyed with her antics and finds that even saying she is too young for him doesn't seem to be working. Later that night at a pirate-themed restaurant where Will has been working to pay for his homecoming expenses, Tina projects her crush onto Will as Carlton, despite his annoyance earlier, desperately tries to prove he is better than Will out of jealousy.
