Ross Elliot Bagley (born December 5, 1988 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actor. He is best known for his roles as Nicky Banks in the final two seasons of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and for portraying Buckwheat in the 1994 film adaption of The Little Rascals and appearing alongside with his Fresh Prince co-star Will Smith in the 1996 film Independence Day
