The Pool House is a converted residence adjacent to the Banks Mansion on The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air.

When Vivian and Philip are expecting a son, they ask Hilary, as the oldest of the Banks children and in her mid-20s, to move into the pool house, which they will convert so it's habitable.[1] Hilary lives in the pool house for a few months, where she and Trevor spent a lot of their time together. Following Trevor's death, Will uses Hilary's grief and refusal to be places Trevor has been, to manipulate her into moving back inside so he can get the pool house. As punishment, Will gets Carlton as a roommate when Carlton complains about it being unfair for Will to get the pool house alone.[2]
